Size: 82 x 49 x 55 cm A chair by Marc Newson for W< Belgian designer Walter van Beirendonck commissioned Marc Newson to create a modular retail concept for his W.&L.T. brand, blending fashion and design innovation. The "Kiss the Future" collection featured colorful, transportable plastic display units that transformed into shops or exhibition stands. These vibrant modules, in red, yellow, blue, green, black, and white, could be rearranged and folded into compact boxes after use. Newson also designed matching tables and chairs with the same futuristic aesthetic. The chairs, made from rotationally molded polypropylene, were durable, hollow, and required no assembly, showingcasing both functionality and technical mastery. Belgian designer Walter van Beirendonck called on Marc Newson to design a modular retail concept for his brand W.&L.T. (Wild & Lethal Trash), combining innovation and design. The "Kiss the Future" collection featured colorful, transportable display modules that could be transformed into boutiques or exhibition stands. These vibrant elements - red, yellow, blue, green, black and white - could be rearranged and folded into compact boxes after use. Newson also designed matching tables and chairs in the same futuristic spirit. Made from rotationally molded polypropylene, the chairs were durable, hollow and required no assembly, illustrating perfect technical mastery at the service of functionality.
