CARTIER Belle époque enamel and pink quartz "cachet" watch, by Cartier In 18K (750) gold, forming a round cachet, the cream dial with Arabic numerals for the hours and chemin de fer for the minutes, decorated with black enamel highlights, the back adorned with pink enamel (accidents and missing parts), the rim adorned with an enameled frieze of stylized laurels, French gold hallmark (eagle head), bears the numbers 11838 and 18472, maker's hallmark Edmond Jaeger, circa 1915, gross weight 17.70 grs.
