Laurent BAUDE (b. 1956) - Lot 5
Laurent BAUDE (b. 1956)
Two sculpture rings, composite materials
In metal, the first adorned with an assemblage of multiple materials such as a green resin leaf, a red teddy bear cabochon and a small watch face in the background, TDD: approx. 55. The second in blackened metal with vegetal spirals, set with a bunch of grapes in relief, a red plastic fragment, a piece of pink Plexiglas and a small gold-colored nugget, TDD: 47.
A white metal mount is included.
Two sculptural rings
Inspired by the plant world and a resolutely poetic sensibility, Laurent Baude creates jewelry-sculptures with voluble lines and tangy colors. Between silver, brass, ionized aluminum and luminous touches, his cosmic pieces seem to send delicate signals between art, fantasy and movement.
